SERVICES

We provide a full range of services that are delivered on an individualized basis. Each program is customized based on the client's unique circumstances and clinical needs. Our treatment programs are offered on a month to month basis, with the average length of stay being three months, however since each client is different the time of the program can vary.

Once the free initial assessment has been completed, together the client and counselor will determine the level of care and estimated length of stay.

At Free Life Recovery we do not provide detox services, but we do refer to medical practitioners who will oversee the management of withdrawal symptoms.

Morning Outpatient Program

• Meets Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30am to Noon
• Group Therapy

Evening Outpatient Program

• Meets Monday through Friday, between the hours of 5:00pm to 8:00pm

Individual One on One Counseling Sessions

• Private counseling sessions for individuals
• Private counseling sessions for couples

Family Counseling

• Private Family Counseling Sessions
• Education and Support for Family Members
• Bi-monthly Family Support Group

Teen Support Program

• Meets Monday through Friday, 3:00pm to 4:30pm
• Total Number of Session Determined on a Case by Case Basis, (average 10-30 sessions)
• Group Therapy
• One on One Counseling
• Psycho-Education
• Family Counseling
• Random Urine Testing

Comprehensive Substance Abuse Evaluation

• Comprehensive Substance Abuse Evaluation which meets all Legal and Employment Requirements
• Evaluation Utilizes Several Industry Recognized Screening Tools
• 3 Page Clinical Summary and Treatment Recommendation Provided Upon Completion
• Written and Telephone Communication With Referral Source
• Forensic Urine Screeing

Free Assessment and Referral

• Free Substance Abuse Assessment to Help Individuals Determine Degree of Problem
• Recommendation to Appropriate Level of Care
• Assistance in Locating Appropriate Services
• No Written Reports Generated or Provided
• No Urine Screening
